Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

Text Behind Image respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed through our platform infringes your rights, follow the steps below so we can review and respond quickly.

Submit a takedown notice

Please provide a written notice containing all items below. Missing details may delay processing.

  1. 1. Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. Include URLs or project names where possible.
  2. 2. Identify the material you claim is infringing with enough detail for us to locate it on Text Behind Image.
  3. 3. Provide your contact information so we can follow up on the request.
  4. 4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the owner or the law.
  5. 5. State that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your notice to gimbelgreen2022@gmail.com. We will acknowledge receipt within three business days and remove content that appears infringing while we investigate.

File a counter notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter notice with the following information.

  1. 1. Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and its original location.
  2. 2. Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. 3. Provide your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or relevant tribunal) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  4. 4. Sign the counter notice physically or electronically and send it to the contact below.

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless that party files legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

Accounts involved in repeated infringement may be suspended or terminated. We record notices to identify patterns and keep the community safe for creators who use Text Behind Image responsibly.
